Getting meaningful intelligence on a company is surprisingly hard. Bloomberg and similar terminals are priced for trading desks. Google searches return scattered, shallow results. News articles cover recent events but miss the full picture. If you want to understand a company deeply, from financials to risks to competitive position, you end up spending hours piecing together information from dozens of sources.

Our Solution

Business Diver automates that entire process. Enter a company name and in minutes you get a 12-section intelligence report covering company overview, leadership, financials, products, competitive position, market opportunity, risk assessment, ESG, recent developments, sentiment, an outlook with supporting and risk factors, and the evidence it all rests on.

Think of it as a modern Crunchbase alternative that goes deeper. Where traditional company research platforms give you structured data fields, Business Diver researches the company fresh when you ask, starting from its official records, and turns the evidence into a narrative report with risk ratings, competitive moat analysis and a balanced outlook, written by the AI provider of your choice.

How It Works

First, Business Diver works out exactly which company you mean. It matches the name to the legal entity by identifiers such as the LEI, registry numbers and the official website, and asks you to choose when a name fits several companies. Next, it fetches that entity's official records by identifier: exchange announcements (Nasdaq Nordic), filed annual reports (virk.dk), legal-entity and register records (GLEIF, Brønnøysund) and SEC filings (EDGAR). Alongside them it reads the company's own website and recent coverage found by search, through a crawler that identifies itself and honours robots.txt (BusinessDiverBot). Finally, the AI model you choose writes the report from that evidence, and every report carries its research date.

AI Providers

Business Diver works with three AI providers: Google Gemini (recommended), OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude).

• Your own key (BYOK), available now: You provide your own API key, which is stored exclusively in your browser. Our backend uses your key to call the AI provider on your behalf but never logs, stores, or persists it beyond the duration of each request.
• Managed keys, coming soon: Pro and Business plans will include a managed Gemini key, so you will not need a key of your own.

Evidence You Can Check

Every report includes an Evidence section: how many accepted sources and official records it rests on, how well they cover the company, the known gaps, and links to the official records it used. You see what a report rests on before you rely on it.
